  2. What is your same day delivery cutoff?

    We ask that all customers requesting same day delivery place their orders by 2PM MON-FRI, 1PM SAT & 12PM SUN.

  3. Will the flowers be fresh and how do I care for them?

    We use only the freshest flowers for each carefully prepared arrangement. Sometimes the flowers have yet to bloom, adding to the length of time during which they will be enjoyed.

    If you have any questions regarding care of your flowers, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

    Proper care can lengthen the longevity of flowers, so please be sure to replenish the water regularly.

    Also, try to change the water every 2-3 days to extend the life of your flowers.

  4. Can I ask for a special request on my order?

    Yes, of course! Please include any special requests in the notes section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

  5. What types of safety protocols do you observe during delivery?

    We utilize contact free delivery, notifying the recipient upon delivery so the arrangement may be collected promptly.

  6. Will there be any flower or vase substitutions?

    Yes, that may be necessary, as some flowers and containers may be out of stock based on a variety of factors such as supply issues and seasonal changes.

     We will strive to maintain the overall look and integrity of your order, but it may be necessary to substitute some flowers or the container as needed.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding in these sometimes challenging times.

    We are open 9AM5PM Monday – Saturday and 9AM2PM Sunday.
